What is the shipping cost?

For shipments weighing up to 2.kg the cost is 2.60€, while if your order is from 50€ and up then it is Free. In case the weight exceeds 2.0 kg, the charge amounts to 1.00€ per additional kilo.

Replacement

With cash on delivery of the price of your order upon delivery of the product to the place you have chosen. Cost of cash on delivery 2,50€. (Attention!!!! It is a payment method and is not related to shipping.)

How many days will I receive it?

The order is prepared and delivered by us within a twenty-four hour period between business days.The delivery time ranges from 2-4 business days with the exception of inaccessible areas where ACS courier does not serve with a local branch and islands where the maximum duration is 6-7 days. Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. In case you wish to commit to a specific delivery time or a specific time period, the charge is 4.5€ extra.In case your order cannot be delivered, the sender will leave you a note on how to pick up and contact the ACS Courier branch.

*Shipment times may vary due to unpredictable factors such as: non immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, etc.

Can I track my order?
